I recently heard somewhere someone say, "We got one life, why waste it sleeping" I was really impressed by that statement. Never knew I might actually get to practice it. I find myself so restless, wanting to do hundred and one different thing at the same time. I know I got to brake on this pattern.
There was a time when I happily used to sleep 9 hrs, look forward to sleeping, dream of dreaming. Of course had lots of day dreaming. Maybe even now...Well kids finally went to bed and I am here with a post. Have few books to read and few papers to go through..

Even I feel why to waste to sleep!
But, our body needs rest dear!
If we want to do more work, our body should be fit!
Some where I read, man can stay without food but he cannot stay without sleep!
So have a happy sleep each night!

Research says that women need 8 hrs of sleep to be effective and efficient... btw, Even I have the same problem as you do... want to do everything YESTERDAY and when I am not able to accomplish I feel miserable... So am trying hard not to implement too much deadlines on me and take things as it comes....only solution is to plan for feasible deadlines and prioritize our tasks
Sri... I too feel the same due to my professional life I have to keep up myself till 2:00am every night and wake up at 6:30 am..
Still I manage to have a long sleep on week ends without any hesitation..
Interesting ;) I have wasted lot of time sleeping, but now crave for it. If I miss a lot of sleep, I am lethargic unless I catch up next few days!
